Experience

Dr. Chay has a rich background of ministry experience, including pastoring for nearly 10 years prior to teaching theology at Phoenix Seminary, which he has done since 1995. He previously served as the Western Director for the Christian Medical Society, teaching and speaking on issues pertaining to medical ethics and spiritual formation. Dr. Chay maintains an active teaching and conference ministry, specializing in the areas of theology, motivational psychology, and cultural studies.
