Experience
Since 1990, Dr. Ball has been the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Tempe. He was also one of the founding pastors of Phoenix Seminary and served for a time as Chair of the Board of Directors. Dr. Ball is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and is passionate about preaching the Bible and modeling integrity, grace, and mercy. His specialties include: conflict management, turn-around churches, church planting, world missions, and advanced teaching techniques.
