About Phoenix Seminary

An Perfect City for Ministry

The Phoenix Metro area is a strategically important city, home to a diverse, multi-cultural population of over three million people, and nearly 80% of them are unchurched. Those demographics give Phoenix Seminary a unique location for students to gain practical ministry experience.

As a relatively young and fast growing city, Phoenix affords itself as a great location to plant and multiply churches. Historically, cities are places where culture is formed. The challenge of rapid growth makes Phoenix an amazing place of opportunity for emerging Christian leaders to serve. These opportunities are enhanced by our unique mix of resources, including the largest theological library in the southwest.

Aside from this, Phoenix is a great place to live. There are many reasons that it will soon be the fourth largest city in the United States. The great climate lends itself to outdoor adventure. Phoenix is near ski resorts, forest recreation, theme parks, and the Grand Canyon. Some of the best golf courses in the world are here, and can be played year-round. While it may be a desert, you can drive to the beach in several hours, making Phoenix a great hub for any activity you choose.

We move to our new campus in May 2017, and complete construction on our new academic center  in 2018!
