If a student has a complaint regarding the staff, faculty, administrators, board, or individuals of those bodies, the student should first approach the particular person(s) with a view toward explanation or reconciliation. If the student does not feel the concern has been resolved, a written complaint can be filed in the Academic Dean’s office. In the event that the complaint involves the Academic Dean, the complaint will be given to the Seminary President.
