Debunking the “Business” of Ministry
In our next Pastors Praxis on Tuesday, September 9 at 11:00 am, Steve Johnson, Phoenix Seminary’s Director of Strategic Initiatives, will provide you with the tools and the insight needed to put together and implement a strategic plan for your church that will fuse your heart for shepherding and leading with the practical realities of the day-to-day church “business.”
You cannot avoid the “business” in ministry. And you shouldn’t. A biblical and practical “business” plan can serve as the catalyst for you and your church reaching the next step in becoming the church God wants you to be. It will save you time, money, energy, and stress over the long haul while helping you and your church become more effective and more fruitful for the sake of the mission.
Everyone who attends will receive a complimentary and complete step-by-step guide for the planning process that will take you from vision to capital expenses. It will help you specifically answer questions like: “How do we determine where God wants us to go?” “How we will do ministry to get there?” “How do we provide the clarity and coordination at all levels that motivate and mobilize each and every one of our church members to get involved in doing ministry alongside us?” “When will we know we have gotten ‘there’”?
Please register for this FREE event with the form below by Friday, September 5, 2014, to ensure we have plenty of food for all attendees. All church leaders are welcome to attend.
When: Tuesday, September 9, 2014 (11am – 1pm) – Free Lunch Provided
