“Pilates for the Soul”
SoulWork is an in-depth mentoring course designed to be experienced in a small group format.
SoulWork consists of seven powerful chapters. Each chapter is designed to help a protégé through the process of developing a personal enrichment tool.
These tools include a three-minute testimony, a top ten childhood myths exercise, a personal mission statement, a stabilizing prayer journal process, a personal statement of faith with Scriptural support, four column worksheets for harvesting wisdom from life experiences and exercises to create life goals and three year goals.
SoulWork is divided into three sections – Who I Was, Who I Am and Who I Hope to Be. Each section strengthens the resolve necessary to break free from the past, fully engage in the present and joyfully embrace the future with a smile!
Benefits and Goals:
- Similar to the benefits of a healthy physical workout, the soul is strengthened by the stimulating spiritual workout this curriculum provides.
- SoulWork is designed to support the process of discovering, developing and stewarding influence for the glory of God.
- The ultimate goal of the SoulWork experience is to maximize the impact of godly women upon their spheres of influence.
