Your Registration Form should be faxed to 602.850.8080, scanned and emailed to lrichards@ps.edu, dropped off at the Reception Desk, or postmarked by August 2nd. Registrations will still be accepted after August 2nd but will be charged a $25 Late Registration Fee (this fee increases to $50 after August 10th). Tuition payment is due August 10th.

If you will not be attending courses this Fall and have not already requested a leave of absence which covers this semester, please complete the LOA/Withdrawal Petition instead.

That is why our spring and fall chapel gatherings are so special; we get to come together as students, alums, faculty, staff, investors, seminary board members, and just plain friends of Phoenix Seminary, all to worship our King of Glory. Won’t you join us?
