Miss Royer has served on the staff of Phoenix Seminary since 1990. She has 30 years of administrative experience in Christian ministry and actively serves in the local church. In her capacity as Director, Miss Royer oversees admissions, coordinates assessment and assists the Academic Dean with academic and faculty matters.
