Charitable Remainder Trusts
A charitable remainder trust provides for specified annual distribution to one or more beneficiaries for life or for a term not greater than 20 years. Once income payment from the trust are no longer needed, the remainder is designated to one or more designated charities such a Phoenix Seminary. Charitable remainder trusts can be set up while living (inter vivo) or you can direct that such a trust be established at death (testamentary trust).
