Book Sales

Attention All Students!

Phoenix Seminary Library has terminated course book sales as of Nov. 9th 2011.

Students increasingly buy books on line; and the store is no longer financially viable. The following policies or exceptions now apply:

  • We will post the course book list online and Amazon.com prices at semester registration
  • We will sell off all remaining non-faculty seminary book store stock at prices below Amazon.com (comparative prices will be listed on the spring 2012 book list)
  • Students with scholarships, that fund book purchases, will need to purchase their own books.  Receipts will need to accompany any reimbursement requests to Cindy Moore of our finance department. Reimbursement requests will be processed within one week.
  • We will stock for sale a minimum of Phoenix Seminary Faculty authored books and SBL/APA style guides
  • We will continue to sell used books
  • We will continue to sell faculty books, seminary apparel, faculty CDs & DVDs through our online store

Students will still be able to access required course textbooks as Library “reserve items” (as they wait on delivery of online orders they make). This allows them to read or copy assignments (per Copyright Law: 10% only)

If you choose to order books online, please use either the Amazon.com link for each respective title via our spring 2012 book list below, or the Amazon.com link on the seminary website, so that our school might benefit from your order.  Please note, every dollar you spend on books at Phoenix Seminary helps to support the financial needs of the school.
